Exactly one week from today, I'll be flying home to see my family! And getting my iPad, which is currently somewhere in Newark, NJ. I'll be home for 3 weeks and I have a feeling it's going to go fast. As of right now, I have about one day where I have no plans. Out of three weeks. So, what's on tap?

Finished the first week of my work placement on Friday and it went really well. The dress code is casual (always the best!) and the people I work with are really cool and friendly. I get to write, too, which makes it even more awesome. All the days have flown by really quickly, and I've been using my hour lunch break to write (as well as eat).

That's the second time this year Philadelphia has broken my heart.

Speaking of which, it's hockey season now.

Next round of playoffs won't be until January and that's if the Eagles even make it in. Who knows with them.

At least I don't have to stay up until 4:00am anymore. But I really wanted to have to stay up until 4am tonight.

2) Finish copyediting assignment
3) Write more of novel #3
4) Watch Phillies win

Sadly, I have no say in the outcome of the last one. Just hoping it goes my way. Or culf  will have to deal with a depressed flatmate the next few weeks days.

Or rather Virgin installation day! Yes, today - finally - Virgin should be stopping by to hook up our television and phone. culf  even called last night to confirm it, which they did, and gave them my mobile number so they can ring me when they arrive. (Having no doorbell on your building is annoying.)
